Edna Lindsey

	Edna Lindsey, 84, of Pinckneyville, formerly of the Paradise Community, passed away at 1:48 a.m. Saturday, February 12, 2000 at the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis.
	Edna was a homemaker and she and her husband had been dairy farmers for many years.  She was Nondenominational.
	She was born February 16, 1915 at Sesser, the daughter of Malta Emmit and Lewie (Bowlin) McBride.  She married Glenn Lindsey on December 18, 1933 at Benton and he preceded her in death on April 5, 1991.
	She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Dorothy Lindsey of St. Petersburg, FL and several nieces and nephews.
	Funeral services were Wednesday, February 16, 2000 at 11 a.m. at the Searby Funeral Home in DuQuoin with John Badertscher and Ryan White officiating.
	Friends were able to call from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Searby Funeral Home in DuQuoin.
	Interment was in the Mitchell Cemetery at Sesser.
